PUREGEAR'S / PURECAM'S AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED INFORMATION

We collect service-related, diagnostic, and performance information. This includes log files, and diagnostic, crash, website, and performance logs and reports.

1. Device and Connection Information

We collect device-specific information when you install, access, or use our Services through our app. This includes information such as hardware model, operating system information, browser information, location, IP address, mobile network information including phone number, and device identifiers.

USAGE INFORMATION

We collect information on when and where videos are created, and how our apps are used. This data is anonymized and not traceable back to your device. This includes information about your activity (such as how you use our Services, how you interact with others using our Services, etc.). PureGear / PureCam will never access your videos, unless there is a legal mandate requiring us to provide it to authorities. Under that circumstance, you will have notice of and have the right to dispute access with the proper authorities.
